Mitsubishi 9900AEGIS

The 9900AEGIS model is the lower range of kVA sizes in the popular 9900 Series of UPS from Mitsubishi Electric. It is a three-phase, online double conversion UPS featuring advanced 3-level Topology Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) technology for enhanced performance and reliability. The 9900AEGIS is a transformerless UPS that has earned theENERGY STAR rating for its high-efficiency (up to 97%) performance. When uptime and performance are critical, its reliability and energy-efficiency make it the perfect fit, especially since this efficiency is maintained regardless of the load – crucial in data centers where loads can range anywhere from 25% to 80%.

The 9900B UPS from Mitsubishi Electric is a three phase, online double-conversion system, featuring our advanced IGBT technology and expertise for enhanced UPS performance and reliability. As the best-selling UPS in the 250.1-500 kVA range*, the 9900B UPS delivers all-around dependability.

Mitsubishi Summit Series

The next generation of power semiconductor is here! In the SUMMIT Series® UPS, the Si (silicon) IGBT is replaced with advanced capability SiC (Silicon Carbide) semiconductors.

The IEEE states that silicon carbide is to the 21st century what silicon was to the 20th century. Mitsubishi Electric began development of SiC semiconductors during the early 1990s and now offers this proven technology in the SUMMIT Series® UPS.

Higher efficiencies are achieved across all load levels with SiC’s lower switching losses, higher switching frequencies, and improved thermal conductivity range.

The SUMMIT Series® UPS is lithium-ion, VRLA, VLA, and Pure Lead compatible for greater flexibility.

Mitsubishi 9900CX

Mitsubishi 9900D

While it is a large UPS, it’s significantly smaller than competitive models within its output range, and its efficiency allows you to do more with a single unit than competitors.

Mitsubishi 7011B

The 7011B single phase UPS from Mitsubishi Electric is a true online, double conversion single phase power supply that will protect your equipment from disruptions in power, such as brown-outs, line noise, voltage transients, and power outages. Single phase power systems serve as an ideal backup solution for on premise edge data centers and network towers, individual computers, communications systems, security systems, and point of sale systems. The 7011B is simple to start up, operate, and maintain. It includes internal batteries with the option of adding external battery cabinets for longer runtimes.

The Mitsubishi 9800A Series is

a high-performance, three-phase, online double-conversion UPS system designed for critical data center applications. It provides superior reliability, energy efficiency, and modular, parallel-redundant scalability, allowing for a reduced footprint. Key features include IGBT inverters, a 2-year warranty, and advanced battery monitoring.

Mitsubishi 9700 - Discontinued

The Mitsubishi 9700 Series is a high-performance, three-phase, on-line double-conversion UPS system (100-225kVA) designed for mission-critical facilities, offering superior power protection via advanced IGBT technology. It features low input harmonics, high efficiency, and a compact footprint, with models supporting 208V, 480V, or 600V, making it ideal for data centers and industrial applications.

Mitsubishi 2033 Series - Discontinued

The Mitsubishi 2033 series (including 2033A and 2033C) refers to three-phase, on-line double conversion Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems designed for critical power protection. These units feature IGBT technology, high-efficiency operation, and internal maintenance bypasses, with capacities ranging from 10kVA to 75kVA.
