1. Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

• The wrong model was shipped.

• The product fails within the warranty period under normal use.

Products showing signs of improper installation, misuse, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Window

• Standard Return Period: 14 days from delivery.

To qualify, you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the unit back.

3. Condition Requirements

• Returned items must be in the same physical condition as received, with all labels and packaging intact.

• Products showing acid leakage, cracked cases, or missing components will not be accepted.

4. Process

• Contact support at sales@ore-power.comwith order details and a brief description of the issue.

• We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions.

• Upon inspection, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued.

Return shipping labels are provided for defective or mis-shipped products only. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection approval.

• Returns due to customer error (wrong model ordered, change of mind, etc.) may incur a 15% restocking fee.

6. Exceptions

• Batteries installed in systems and showing normal capacity loss over time are not considered defective.

• Custom-built or special-order battery packs are non-returnable.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Some equipment may ship directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor to ensure the fastest delivery and protect warranty coverage.

If an item is on backorder, you’ll be notified immediately with an estimated ship date or alternative product options.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight partners depending on product weight and destination.

• Battery cartridges and small components: Ground shipping (3–7 business days)

• UPS systems, large equipment, and large battery Qty: Freight delivery with liftgate service available on request

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Some heavy or hazardous battery products may require special handling fees due to DOT or hazmat regulations.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
If an order ships directly from the manufacturer, tracking may come from their system instead.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
We’ll work directly with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly.

6. Freight Delivery Notes (for heavy equipment)

• Freight deliveries are curbside only unless liftgate or inside delivery is arranged.

• Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
